The C.P.R Method is an equitable approach to meet each student’s career
advancement needs, by integrating their induvial Circumstances, Passions,
and Resources available to them. Through real-time workshops, The C.P.R
Method is designed to give you the tools to tailor your career advancement
specifically to meet your need, by giving highly talented early and mid-career
professionals the keys to unlocking their full potential, while using a executive
mindset to advance your career and establish transferrable skills that can be
utilized as building blocks throughout the longevity of your career. And you’ll
put all that learning into action by working on a capstone project — a personal
career advancement project that kicks off while on campus and continues for
several weeks with small-group coaching and feedback from peers.
KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVES
This In-person or hybrid setting workshop will empower you to creatively think,
lead, and proactively prepare for pivots that may arise as you advance your
career. Based on your unique Circumstances, Passions, and Resources
available to you, with executive level strategies in place you will produce
actionable steps to create your own Career Advancement Blueprint, using the
C.P.R Method.
