The UPSKILL pilot was a game changer. Our students gained critical communication and professional readiness skills they were not getting elsewhere. The structure helped them transition into clinical environments with more confidence and clarity.
Andrew M
Andrew M Resident Miami, FL
Before UPSKILL, I was mimicking what professional communication sounded like without a real framework behind it. UPSKILL gave me an action based structure to guide what I say, how I say it, and when to say it so I can get better outcomes in real clinical situations.
